Tata Wellness is the brainchild of Tanya Kutovaya, a leader with more than twenty years of experience at several multinational companies. Her extensive exposure to corporate environments has made her aware of the adverse effects of stress, pressure, and ambiguity that often accompany such positions. Tanya has a unique talent for providing gentle support and motivation to people from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them through a transformative journey towards self-love and improved health. Tanya is a certified yoga teacher and retreat leader who completed her training with East West Yoga School and Yoga Academy International.

KERSTIN HALSER

We are very excited to have Kerstin as our guest expert at this retreat. She is not only a yoga teacher but also an expert in pain-free living, certified specialist in pain-free movement and occupational therapy. Kerstin practices Alternative Medicine with over 20 years of experience. She is the owner of “Xund im Woid” Pain Therapy and Yoga Practice from Neuschönau Bavaria.
