Full Moon Ceremony
Join the Full Moon Ceremony on November 5, 2025, from 7:00–8:30 pm, featuring a heart-opening practice of Vinyasa yoga led by Rozalia Galatou, accompanied live by the mesmerizing hand pan and followed by a restorative sound healing journey with musician Giorgos Christakis. This special evening is designed as a grounding and nurturing circle, inviting participants to gather, let go of what no longer serves, and prepare for the gentle stillness of winter.
Ceremony Highlights
• Full Moon in Taurus Energy
November’s Full Moon, known as the Beaver Moon or Taurus Supermoon, carries themes of grounding, release, and preparing for winter’s introspective pause. It encourages us to slow down, reflect on our journey, and focus on what brings us safety and emotional balance.
• Vinyasa Flow with Rozalia Galatou
Rozalia brings deep experience in yoga, with international training and a passion for mindful movement. Her Vinyasa sequence in this ceremony is crafted to connect body and breath, fostering grounding and receptivity to lunar energy.
• Hand Pan & Sound Healing by Giorgos Christakis
Giorgos, a renowned handpan musician, blends melodic rhythms for the yoga flow and leads a sound healing session to help ease stress and clear stagnant energy. Sound healing supports relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and energetic balance.
What to Expect:
• A slow but empowering Vinyasa practice beneath the energetic full moon.
• Immersive soundscapes from hand pan, deepening your yoga and savasana experience.
• Guided sound healing to support letting go and set intentions for the next lunar cycle.
• A cozy, welcoming space to connect with like-minded souls and ground your energy for the changing season.
Let us gather to honor the cycles of nature and the turning inward that winter brings. All levels are welcome.
